Dan Nastrut is the founding partner and the managing of the law firm, being one of the most representative defense attorneys in criminal law.

Dan constantly obtained remarkable results in the area of white collar crimes for important corporate clients activating in areas such as: banking and, non-banking financial sector, oil industry, pharmaceutical industry, real-estate sector, food industry, energy sector, media, IT, and others, as well as for the managers of such corporations, important business man, public dignitaries or magistrates.

Dan started his career as a prosecutor. Subsequently he acquired a vast experience working as an attorney-at-law with the investigative institutions, providing the defense in complex cases instrumented by institutions specialized in fighting against economic and financial criminality and corruption.

His areas of expertise cover fraud in the financial-banking domain, office related crimes and crimes of corruption, crimes committed within the procedure of accessing European funds and public acquisition related crimes, crimes committed during the insolvency proceedings, tax evasion, money laundering, and others.

Dan is also involved in the law firm’s projects regarding criminal prosecution prevention, offering specialized counseling during the internal audit procedures, as well as during the due diligence procedures.

Dan graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 1997.
